The patient’s information and symptoms:
· Female,16 years old , double knee dysfunction with patella absence
of 12 years;
· Drug allergy induced systemic multiple skin ulceration and double
knee flexion deformity in January 2000;
· Double knee skin grafting and plaster external fixation in October
2000;
· Examination ：ulceration of two knees，left knee ROM:0-130°;
right knee passive ROM:0-80°，active ROM:60-80°,lateral and medial
