Ying Zhang is originally from Henan province. He graduated from Peking Military Medical University with the bachelor degree of biomedical engineering in 1996.After that, he worked in department of image in General Hospital of Chengdu Region of PLA. He received his master degree in tissue engineering from the Third Military Medical University in 2008. Since July 2008, he’s been working in the center for joint surgery and was awarded Ph.D degree in the tissue engineering. Like all of the surgeons at center for joint surgery, Dr. Zhang is committed to working with patients to find the treatment option that works best for them and their lifestyle. He is fluent in English as well. Aside from family and his work, Dr. Zhang loves football, basketball, travel and music.
